ER12- EH506 Long Pot Life Epoxy

Resin ER12  –  Hardener EH506

 

Medium viscosity, unfilled, slow setting, epoxy casting and impregnation resin system for encapsulation of electrical and electronic equipment. ER12 is a standard epoxy resin used for many applications. It can be mixed with a variety of fillers, silica S1 or S15, calcium carbonate Kulu 2 or Kulu 15.

Thin Film Time:  23 hours at 25 Deg. C

 

Mix Resin and Hardener well, trying to trap as little air as possible.

Hardness:                                         80 Shore D after 3 days at 25 Deg. C

Heat Distortion Temperature:         57,5 Deg. C

Tensile Strength:                              47 MPa

Tensile elongation:                           4,9 %

Flexural Strength:                            73 MPa

Bond Strength:    steel / steel            23 MPa
