Low viscosity, clear, low shrinkage epoxy casting resin system for encapsulation of electrical equipment. Used mainly to encapsulate small transformers. Good mechanical and electrical properties.

CR204           1500 to 1800 mPa.s at 25 Deg. C

CH204           250 to 350 mPa.s at 25 Deg. C

Mixture          750 to 900 mPa.s at 25 Deg. C

Mixture          300 to 350 mPa.s at 39 Deg. C

 

Specific density:       

   Resin: 1,1 – 1,15

   Hardener: 0,95 – 0,98

Pot life (300g) :   15 to 20 minutes  at 25 Deg. C

Gelation Time (300g): 25 to 30 minutes at 25 Deg. C

Setting Time (300g):  40 at 40 minutes at 25 Deg. C
