Acid Resistant Laminating Epoxy

 

Low viscosity, clear, epoxy resin system with high elongation for high performance filament winding, laminating. LR63 is a blend of Bis F and Novolac resin, and EH28 is a cycloaliphatic hardener. This system yields excellent chemical resistance and water spot resistance. Ideal for flooring and linings applications, with or without fiberglass. Good Thermal Shock Properties. It is normally used a top coat with plain weave fiberglass, 325 g / m2, at a rate of about 1,2 kg / m2. Low skin irritation.  It is used in combination with primer LR63 with hardener EH501. The concrete must be fully cured. Preferably washed with a 50 / 50 solution of water and pool acid, then dried.
