Normally use with non – abrasive F33 filler or with Aluminium filler AL22, for vacuum forming tools.

 

(SG95A    1 kg   + F33    500g up to 1,50 kg)

(SG100B 1 Kg   + F33   500g  up to  1,5  kg)

 

The amount of F33 added to each side separately, depends on the final mixed viscosity required. Pre – mixing the filler is very important, as the working time is only 2 to 3 minutes.

 

Quick – Setting Polyurethane Resin

Fast Cast SG95A Polyol with SG100B hardener ISO is an unfilled, low odor, quick – setting 2 component polyurethane casting system, which can be processed with a variety of fillers.

The particularly low viscosity of this system allows a high proportion of fillers to be added. It is recommended that the quantity of the filler be split between the two components, for easy mixing.

STORAGE

The shelf life is 6 months in unopened containers at room temperature.
