Resin TEK130W  –  Hardener TEK 113 B

 

Medium viscosity, hard and tough, epoxy casting resin system for encapsulation of electrical and electronic equipment, such as motor start capacitors. Flame retardant (FVO). Tek 113B offers very good gloss and moderate reactivity.

Curing Time:       4 to 5 hours at 25 Deg. C (500 Grams)

 

Mix Resin and Hardener well, trying to trap as little air as possible.

 

CHARACTERISTICS after CURE

 

Hardness:                                         80 Shore D after 3 days at 25 Deg. C

Self Extinguishing:                           FVO rated (self-extinguishing in 10 sec)

Dielectric Strength:                          13 KV / mm (Approx.)

 

Heat Distortion Temperature:         75 Deg. C

 

Continuous Temp. of Operation:     90 Deg. C (25000 h weight loss)
